These Terms of Service govern your use of Auto Formula 1 car import services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Auto Formula 1 provides vehicle sourcing, auction bidding, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and delivery services for importing cars from USA to Georgia.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle preferences
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Communicate promptly regarding any changes to your requirements
• Accept delivery of vehicles as scheduled

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit required before auction participation
• Balance due before vehicle shipping
• Customs and delivery fees payable upon arrival in Georgia

Auto Formula 1 is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for vehicle condition beyond what is disclosed in auction reports.

Vehicles are sold "as-is" based on auction condition reports. Auto Formula 1 provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding vehicle condition, mileage, or mechanical status.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
